How do I change a saved credit card?
Follow the credit-card update guide and use the secure payment workflow it describes. Do not send full card details through ordinary support messages.
Where can I learn about SmartPay links?
Use KCB's SmartPay setup guide for borrower-payment links. For the separate Total Cost for Borrower feature, use its own guide rather than assuming the features work the same way.
