In order to get your account setup for form SSA89 requests through the social security administration the following must be completed:

  1. Fill out the attestation form by clicking here (ssa89.kcbcredit.com)
  2. Register your financial institution with the social security administration by clicking here (https://www.ssa.gov/dataexchange/eCBSV/institution_registration.html) After registering, please email a copy of the registration form to support@kcbcredit.com and a support agent will let you know as soon as your account is ready to make orders.

Please contact support@kcbcredit.com if you have any questions.

After setup: prepare an SSA89 request

Wait until KCB confirms your account is ready. Seeing a form does not replace the setup requirements above.

  1. From Main, expand Fraud Detection and select Order SSA89.
  2. Confirm Branch and User, your reference number, and the email notification recipient.
  3. Complete borrower name, SSN, DOB, and the other requested identity information.
  4. Answer Document was electronically signed? accurately.
  5. Use Download SSA 89 Form if needed, then upload the signed authorization using the provided control. The inspected screen requires a PDF smaller than 2 MB; follow the current screen if its limits change.
  6. Check that the authorization and borrower match, review the intended payment option, and review the request before Order.

Protect SSNs and signed authorizations. Never include populated identity fields or signed borrower forms in public screenshots or ordinary support messages.

The blank preparation form was reviewed November 7, 2026. No authorization was uploaded and no SSA verification was requested. Contact KCB if the ordering option is unavailable after setup.
